Scheduling a Post
Scheduling when a post becomes visible allows you to organize your class better and automates when the post will come out.
You can do this on anything you create in Blackboard; Course content items, Assessments, as well as Participation and Engagements.
Step 1: Proceed to your desired creation and Click on the tab on the top right of the screen labeled "Hidden From Students." Select "Release conditions" from the drop down menu

Step 2: Once the "Release Conditions" menu has opened, you can start to edit the schedule.

Step 3: If you want different students to be able to see the post at different times, you can do it through this menu. It also allows for group sets as well.

Step 4: Select the "Access from" box and input your desired date.

note that if you are posting an assessment, the due date has to align with the date the students will have access from

selecting "access until," and selecting a date, the post will become invisible upon that date.
Step 5: Remember to click the save button.
