Export/Import Course Package in Ultra
The following steps must be followed to copy your course forward from one term to another in Ultra. This must be done on a PC computer. If you are on a Mac, please do not perform this operation. We can copy it for you if you fill out the form here and in the special instructions note that it’s ULTRA:
Go into the Source (old) course and then click the … in the upper right corner click Export Course Package.
2. A pop-up box will appear that says “Include student activity data in your export?” Click No.
3. An Export progress panel will appear on the right side.
4. When it is complete, it will show the zip file it created. Click on this and save it to your files where you can find it.
5. Go to the new course you would like to import these items to. Click on the three dots to the right of Course Content. Then select Import Content.
6. Select Import Course Content and select the .zip file that you previously downloaded. From there Blackboard will import all the content you exported from your last course.
