Automated Messages

Automated messages allows you to create messages that will be sent to your students based on settings you choose.

Step 1: Open up your course and on the right side you will see "Automations." Click on the blue text beneath it.

Step 2: Click on the "New Automation" button.

Step 3: You will have two options for automation; a "congratulatory message" and "supportive message." Congratulations are for high scores and support is for students who haven't hit the mark.

Step 4: Set your desired high score that will the message to be sent.

Step 5: Create your own message by clicking the pencil button and typing into the text box. Make sure to click done and save.

Step 6: Set your desired low score which will trigger the message to be sent.

Step 7: Create your own message by clicking the pencil button and typing into the text box. Make sure to click done and save.

Step 8: After you've clicked the save button, your automations will appear as active.
